Personal data submitted through the contact form will be used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange the requested appointment.

Your consent, given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the data and messages you provide (phone number, profile name and the content of the conversation) will be used solely to answer your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give by starting the conversation. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which also processes data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We recommend that you do not send documents containing particularly sensitive data through this channel.
Retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to fjs.notariamollet@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
